Connect 2020: Know Before You Go



The countdown begins – T2 Connect 2020 is right around the corner! Keep reading to find out everything you need to know before attending.


Before we kick off Connect 2020, T2 is hosting two all-day workshops on Monday, October 26 from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM ET. These workshops each cover a different topic – Front Line Flex and Iris: Online Configuration App. There is an extra cost to attend a workshop on Monday, but there is no better way to begin the week! Check them out, and register for a workshop here.

Along with the workshops, T2 is offering a Flex PARCS Lab on Monday, October 26 from 10:00 AM–4:00 PM ET that is open to all attendees.


T2 is hosting 20+ sessions during the conference. Additionally, our Platinum sponsors, Genetec and Parker Technology, are each hosting their own sessions. In order to help you more easily set your schedule for the week, we have organized the sessions into five tracks: Front Line, Leadership, Manager, Technology, and Roundtables. T2 identified these tracks for our attendees to make it evident which presentations are important to attend for different roles.

Connect Community Page

Connect 2020 will be hosted entirely on our Connect Community Page. We encourage you to check the page often leading up to the event, as we will be posting announcements, questions, and additional information. We want the community page to be as interactive as possible, which is why we need you to login and join the discussion! On the community page you can find a complete schedule for the week, session descriptions, and handouts. You can also interact with T2 staff and fellow attendees.

Our sessions will be taking place on Zoom. The Zoom links will be posted on the Connect Community Page under each session, and attendees will have the ability to add the Zoom link to their calendar, ensuring that no one misses a session. We understand that attending an event completely virtually comes with some challenges, so each session will have a moderator available to help answer questions and assist the presenter. While attending sessions, we would recommend using the Side-by-side Mode, which will allow you to see both the slides and presenter. Additionally, while we hope everyone can attend the sessions live, all sessions will be recorded and posted to the Connect Community Page.

Virtual Fun

T2 will be hosting two fun virtual events during Connect! The first event is Trivia on Monday, October 26 at 5:00 PM ET. There will be a mix of questions about T2 and pop culture. The second event is Bingo, which will be held on Wednesday, October 28 at 5:30 PM ET.

Throughout the week, T2 will be also hosting a photo contest. We want to see everyone’s Connect 2020 experience through photos since we aren’t able to see each other in person. Whether you’re logging in from your work-from-home setup or attending together with coworkers in a conference room, we want to see it!

The fun doesn’t have to stop there! We encourage you to reach out to T2 staff and other attendees for networking opportunities. We understand that the virtual world is different, but while we are physically distancing, let’s stay socially close.
